Speaker Series – Elaine Cougler speaks on Butler’s Rangers at Branch Office @ Toronto Branch UEL Office
Sep 18 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

We are pleased to announce that Elaine Cougler has agreed to speak about Butler’s Rangers to our group in person at the Toronto UEL Office at 40 Scollard on Sunday, September 18th at 2 pm. It’s been a while since we have had the pleasure of meeting in person.

Elaine Cougler is the award-winning author of historical novels about the lives of settlers in the Thirteen Colonies who remained loyal to Britain during the American Revolution and beyond. Her Loyalist books include The Loyalist’s Wife, The Loyalist’s Luck, The Loyalist Legacy, and The Loyalist’s Daughter, the new prequel to her Loyalist trilogy.  (Her bio and list of books is attached.)
Elaine is descended from a Butler’s Ranger herself and is excited to speak about Colonel Butler using a Powerpoint presentation with lots of pictures and information.
For your comfort and safety the Toronto Branch office has supplemental air filtration and we ask that those who are attending consider wearing a mask for everyone’s sake. Although not necessary, it would be appreciated if you would respond to this email if you plan to attend so we can get an idea of numbers.
Hope to see some of our members at this interesting talk.
